............nothing but rain the past three days! We just set a new personal record on Monday and Tuesday, we didn't leave the motor home to venture out either day. "B" made up a big pot of beef barley soup and we've been working on that the last couple of days. Nice weather for hot soup. Guess we can't complain too much as I just received an email from a friend who drove back up to Oregon for the holidays. He's in St. Helens and sent me a picture of his car with about 5 inches of snow on it. Our temperatures aren't doing so good (for here) and maybe we hit 60 today for a high. Lows dropping into the upper 30s and this crummy weather is expected to stay with us through the weekend and into next week.
Today we finally snuck out when the moisture stopped for a few hours. Stopped at Sam's Club, Paradise Casino, Wally World, Cocopah Casino and the base commissary. I managed to leave the casinos with a whooping $24.00 of their money. Becky was pretty quite so I presume she probably dropped about the same amount that I won.
We got home, turned on the heater and have been kicking back ever since.
